How soon can I receive my purchased order?

After placing an order, goods will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We only arrange shipments on working days from Monday to Friday.

Domestic orders are all delivered by UPS courier service. Delivery time: 3-7 business days.

We use DHL exclusively for all international shipments. Expected delivery time for international orders: 4-21 business days.

Kindly remind that international delivery may take longer than expected due to customs formalities. Preppy Prodigy shall not be responsible for any customs duties or clearance fees.
